Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Superior Safety Solutions LLC ("Superior Safety Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") website, client portal, and the training services we provide. By requesting a quote, using the client portal, or attending a training we deliver, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Superior Safety Solutions provides on-site OSHA equipment and compliance safety training — classroom instruction, written testing, and hands-on evaluation — along with quoting, scheduling, certification and invoicing for that training.
Client portal accounts
If we provide you with client portal access, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Portal accounts are scoped to your company — you will not have access to another company's data, and you should let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Quotes, scheduling and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Approving a quote (in person or through the portal's digital signature) authorizes us to schedule the training described. Final invoices are based on actual attendance on the day of training and are issued and payable through QuickBooks Online.
Certificates
Certificates issued after successful completion of a course are valid for 24 months from the completion date unless otherwise stated. A certificate confirms completion of our training program on that date — it does not guarantee compliance with every requirement that may apply to your worksite or equipment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or client portal — including attempting to access another company's data, interfering with the service, or submitting false information on a quote request, roster, or acknowledgement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Safety Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or client portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or client portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
