Fall Protection
Fall Protection Training
From harness basics to a written, site-specific fall protection plan — OSHA 1926 Subpart M training that keeps crews safe at height.
Falls are the leading cause of death in construction. We train your crew on the OSHA 1926 Subpart M requirements: recognizing fall hazards, selecting and inspecting personal fall arrest systems, anchor points, and proper harness fit and use.
We also develop written, site-specific fall protection plans and train the competent person OSHA requires to implement them.
A harness is only as good as the plan behind it, so we also cover rescue. If a worker falls and is caught by a fall arrest system, OSHA expects a plan to get them down safely within minutes, not a call to 911 and a wait. We walk your crew through what that looks like on your specific site, with your specific anchor points and equipment.
